Vaccinations 

All dogs are required to have up-to-date vaccinations (administered more than 15 days but less than one year prior) against Canine Distemper, Parvovirus, Infectious Canine Hepatitis (Rubarth's disease), Leptospirosis (CHLP). Rabies and Kennel Cough vaccinations are strongly recommended but not mandatory.

The health record must be handed over to the facility for the duration of the stay.

Conditions for refusal and acceptance of the animal.

LimeTree reserves the right to refuse entry to any animal found to be sick or contagious. 

Animals must have undergone internal (deworming) and external (fleas and ticks) parasite treatment prior to arrival. The facility accepts no liability if the animal has parasites after the stay, should this result from the ineffectiveness of the anti parasitic treatment administered prior to arrival. If a parasitic condition detrimental to the boarding facility's hygiene standards or a health issue is detected, the animal will undergo a veterinary examination at the owner's expense.

Personal items.

LimeTree Kennels accepts personal items (toys, mats, beds, etc.) but accepts no liability for any damage to them.

Illness and accidents.

The owner agrees to inform LimeTree Kennels of any health issues, behavioral problems, or veterinary treatments specific to their animal. In the event of illness, accident, or injury to the animal during its stay at the facility, the owner authorizes LimeTree to arrange for any care deemed necessary by the facility's designated veterinary clinic. Costs arising from such care must be reimbursed by the owner upon presentation of supporting documentation from the veterinarian.

The boarding facility bears no liability for the animal's health; its sole obligation in this regard is—should suspicious signs be observed—to have the animal examined by the facility's veterinarian and to follow any medical prescriptions, all at the animal owner's expense.

Abandonment. 

Should the animal not be collected on the date specified in the contract, the client agrees to notify LimeTree Kennels. Failing this, 15 days after the contract's expiration date, the boarding facility may entrust the animal to an animal welfare organization (or shelter), and all additional costs shall be borne by the owner.

Billing.

Please note that medical and surgical expenses are the owner's responsibility.

50% deposit is required within 1 month of the arrival date or upon booking if the date of arrival is less than a month. 

The remaining 50% will be paid either at drop off or pick up.

Cancellations charges.

If a cancellation is made within 21 days or less of the arrival date, then payment is required in full.
